NHS Birmingham East and North
is part of the National Health Service (NHS). The
trust was formed on 1st October 2006, following the amalgamation
of the previous Eastern Birmingham PCT and North Birmingham
PCT.
The trust provides primary care, intermediate
care and community services on behalf of 437,500 people living
Britain’s second city.
We serve a diverse and vibrant
community that includes some of the most deprived wards in the
country. The core purpose of the trust is to work in partnership
to tackle inequalities and improve the health and well being
of local people
